The payout report says one number. The bank says another.
ReconcileCSV matches Stripe, PayPal, Square, and Shopify payout reports against bank statement CSV files. Review fee-netted deposits, deposits in transit, and unmatched bank lines before you close the books. For Stripe-specific export fields and fee timing, use Stripe payout to bank reconciliation steps.
Your CSV contents are processed in your browser. Preview matching for free, then pay $39 once to export the full ledger, exceptions, and proposed journal-entry CSV. There is no subscription or account.
Preview matches free - unlock exports $39
Drop payout + bank CSVs. Preview fee-netted matches and exceptions in this browser. Pay $39 once for ledger, exceptions, print, and proposed journal-entry CSV. No subscription. No account.
Who it's for
ReconcileCSV is for people who close books against processor payouts and need the bank deposit to explain itself.
Typical users: bookkeepers and accountants reconciling client payout CSVs to bank feeds; founders and finance ops matching weekly or daily processor batches before month-end; agencies and ecommerce operators who see one net deposit for many sales and fees.
You already export the payout or transfer report and the bank CSV. You need a reviewable match set - fee-netted amounts, timing gaps, and clear exceptions - not another spreadsheet of VLOOKUPs that breaks when the processor changes a column.
If you work across more than one processor, the same browser workflow covers Stripe, PayPal, Square, and Shopify Payments without a separate SaaS seat per platform.
What stays in the browser
Matching, preview, exception review, and export run in your browser on your machine.
ReconcileCSV does not upload payout or bank row contents to a reconciliation server. That matters when statements include client payout totals, fee lines, and account activity you would not send to a hosted matching product.
A paid unlock unlocks download of the matched ledger, exception list, and proposed journal-entry CSV on this device. There is no product account and no cloud archive of past reconciliations.
You still keep your own close packet (source exports, reviewer notes, posted entries) in your normal file system or practice tools.
What's included in the $39 unlock
Free preview
- Drop a processor payout/transfer CSV and a bank statement CSV.
- Preview how deposits match after fee netting and common timing patterns.
- See unmatched bank lines and payout rows that need attention before you pay.
After the one-time $39 payment
- Export the full matched ledger for the period you loaded.
- Export the exceptions list for reviewer follow-up.
- Export a proposed journal-entry CSV you can adapt in your ledger - ReconcileCSV does not post entries for you.
No subscription. No per-client cloud workspace. No requirement to connect live bank or processor APIs.
Processor coverage on this product path: Stripe, PayPal, Square, and Shopify Payments payout/transfer style reports against a bank CSV. Export column names still differ by processor; use the matching processor guide when you need the exact report to download.
When not to use it
Do not use ReconcileCSV when the job is not payout↔bank CSV matching.
- You need live bank feeds, rules engines, or continuous bookkeeping sync → use your ledger’s bank rules or a connected reconciliation product.
- You only need to remap column headers for an import template → that is column mapping (e.g. MapMyCSV), not payout matching.
- You need card-level dispute workflows, chargeback case management, or processor dashboard automation → out of scope.
- You need the tool to invent the “right” clearing account, tax treatment, or revenue recognition → matching cannot replace accounting judgment.
- Your bank file is PDF-only or a non-CSV image statement with no usable export → convert or obtain a CSV first; the tool expects tabular CSVs.
- You want a hosted multi-user close room with permissions and audit trails in the cloud → this product is browser-local and one-time unlock.
If every payout already lands as a single clear bank line with no fees or timing lag, a lightweight manual tick-and-tie may be enough.
Payout reconciliation resources
Guides teach the close workflow and processor-specific exports. This page is the browser-local matcher: load two CSVs, review matches and exceptions, export for $39 once. Use a processor guide when you need that platform’s report steps; use the exceptions guide when unmatched rows need a classification method; use the journal-entry guide when matches need a close packet.
Same $39 unlock. CSV contents never leave this browser.
