Use of the product
ReconcileCSV is a browser-local reconciliation aid. You may use it to import supported CSV files, review proposed matches and exceptions, and prepare exports. You remain responsible for confirming source files, column mappings, match decisions, accounting treatment, and final records. The product does not provide accounting, tax, legal, or audit advice.
Purchase and access
A valid one-time purchase grants ongoing use of the paid export features for the purchaser. A signed browser entitlement and private recovery link are used to restore access without an account. Keep recovery links private and do not publish or resell them. Stripe handles checkout. Access may be limited when a purchase is refunded, reversed, disputed, fraudulent, or used in violation of these terms.
Your data and responsibilities
CSV processing occurs in your browser. You are responsible for having permission to use the files you import and for protecting the device, browser profile, exported files, and recovery link. Do not use ReconcileCSV to violate law, another person's rights, or a service agreement. Do not attempt to interfere with the site, bypass purchase controls, or misuse support systems.
Accuracy and availability
Matching depends on the completeness and quality of the data supplied. ReconcileCSV can produce ambiguous, incomplete, or incorrect suggestions when dates, amounts, currencies, identifiers, or mappings are missing or wrong. Review every result before relying on it. The product is provided as available and may change, experience interruptions, or stop supporting a particular export layout.
Liability and contact
To the extent allowed by applicable law, Loopspur LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the product. Any direct liability is limited to the amount paid for ReconcileCSV. Some jurisdictions do not allow every limitation, so a limitation may not apply to you. Questions may be sent to [email protected].
